What is "Pre-Bidding"?
Pre-bids are bids that are placed online before the Gala Event on Silent Auction Items. At the close of online pre-bidding, the highest leading bidders for each item will be identified on the bid sheets at the Gala Event as the first bids. Bidding will then be continued by Event Attendees, and close out at the Gala Event. If your pre-bid remains the highest bid following the Gala Event, and you will not be in attendance at the event, you will be contacted by the event organizer to complete the payment and item pickup process.What is "Absentee Bidding"?
Absentee Bidding is an electronic bid that the live auctioneer or clerk will administer on your behalf up to your stated maximum bid in what ever increments are being used at the time by the auctioneer. Simply enter and confirm the highest amount you are willing to pay for the item. Your stated amount will be used at the Live Auction Event when live bidding occurs.
